Franchise Turnaround Doubles Business in 20 Months |

When Blodgett Ventures partners were introduced to a franchise graphics business whose growth had stalled because only three of eighteen franchises were profitable, the first thing they did was to create a training program and marketing programs that turned around each struggling franchisee. Once the franchisees were successful and positive-minded, Blodgett Ventures kicked the franchise development process into high gear and more than doubled the number of franchises in the next year.
